Howard Consulting are appointed as Global Spa Consultants to JMJ Hospitality

Dallas based JMJ Hospitality acquires and develops ultra-luxury hotels, resorts and branded residences. The company produces world-class projects for a number of high-profile clients, developing hotels, resorts, and branded residences.

JMJ Hospitality is the developer of the ultra-luxury hotel projects - Rosewood Mayakob, Rosewood Dubai and Cabo Pacifica in Mexico, as well as developer and brand manager for Le Diamond Ivana Trump projects, a property concept that will span across the Middle East and India.

Howard Consulting are currently assigned to oversee the Spa development of the first Rosewood Hotel in the United Arab Emirates on behalf of JMJ Hospitality, one of the first direct U.S. developments of its kind in the U.A.E. The new Rosewood Dubai International Financial Centre will be a luxury hotel with 193 keys, including 156 deluxe rooms, 36 suites and a Royal Suite. The hotel will offer fine dining, a gala ballroom, state of the art business center and the luxurious Rosewood Spa with rooftop hydro pool, spa treatments, men's grooming, beauty treatments and fitness center. Expected to open in late 2009, the development will also include one of Dubai's most luxurious new offerings - 55 Rosewood branded and managed condominium residences, which will be released for sale in 2008.
